Confirmed Service Customer
I was in for routine oil change and 90000 mile service. Went in to pick up vehicle and was only customer at this time, service member was new and did not know how to apply discount on bill. Was asked to wait for other service member to return from lunch for help. Still no issue. When other member finally returned, he seemed annoyed at coworkers questions. After finally paying and getting my vehicle it had been just under an hour and two other customers were helped and able to pick up vehicles and leave Before myself.
