The 6 gentlemen sitting behind the computers as I walked up for my appointment completely ignored me for the first 5 minutes I was standing there. I scheduled over the phone for an inspection and oil change and was lied to about an inspection because there is no documentation but I was told my hoses and belts all looked great when I asked how that went.
