Confirmed Service Customer
Normally I am very happy with this dealership, but my last 2 visits have shaken my confidence. I took my 2020 Encore in for an oil change on Saturday. As usual, they performed a battery test & said ���battery checks good in the green���. Sunday morning my battery was dead. Due to scheduling issues Thursday was the soonest I could bring the vehicle in. When they checked the battery on Thursday I was informed that it needed to be replaced. How did it go from good to needing replaced overnight?
