I was in for a scheduled oil change but was concerned about my left front tire as I was getting low pressure warnings. I knew I was close to needing new tires anyway and the service advisor said he would get me a quote for new tires. I was given the quote but the tires wouldn't be in until later that afternoon - we scheduled the tires for the following day. I returned the next day and waited for two hours before I was told they were having trouble getting them on the rim and they didn't know what else to do. It was suggested to me that I take the tires and see if Discount Tire could get them installed for me and if they couldn't, I could return the tires. I didn't feel comfortable with that, nor did I think that was an option that should have even been mentioned. The other option was to wait until Monday when the manager would be in to see what else was recommended or could be figured out. I agreed to that. I never heard anything back.
