Confirmed Service Customer
I set up and appointment for my vehicles first service here as well as a recall for software update. The scheduled this over the phone but when i arrived that day. they let me know the software update takes much longer than they had available. So that needed to be re-scheduled. I just had the service check done (oil change, tire rotation, inspection). That went just fine and was wrapped up in about 45 minutes with no issues. They did not offer to or remind me about re-scheduling the recall later, after that work was done. I guess I will need to reach back out about it at a later date.
