Confirmed Service Customer
Little confusion on the wait time. I don't usually go thru the call center but they need to be aware of long wait times. Service was scheduled to take 4+ hours and call center made it seem less than an hr. Was caught off guard scrambling to plan my work day. A+ to the service guys!
