Confirmed Service Customer
Jake in service is awesome, inquired about a service package with Tyler and Nick in financing and left extremely frustrated in Nick���s body language and unwillingness to provide Customer service. I asked why is the service package more than if I just walk in, and why does another GMC dealership offer a savings in there package and he does not. Nick Was not willing to research my questions just a flat That is the way it is. I contacted the Service Manager on the difference in pricing he stated I would have to contact financing all he does is fix cars and offered me a free oil change to offset the cost. I mentioned I enjoy the service and want to keep my business there since I ordered a truck there but now I���m questioning my decision. I live in Castlrock and drive down to Lonetree for a reason.
