I was very happy with TJ, Ryan and Jacob. I was not looking forward to going to the dealer. I had called and told TJ what I was looking for (which they had on the lot)and what kind of price I was looking to pay. TJ talked to his manager and said his was confident we could make a deal, but I would need to come into the dealer. I went to the dealer and TJ came in on his day off to meet me. I was expecting the usual car dealer treatment and was planning for the worst. To my surprise, TJ, Ryan and Jacob were fantastic to work with and I left Auto Nation Buick GMC with a new truck in a few hours. Price and service was great. Thank you for making a stress free transaction.
