Matthew greeted me. He was very courteous and helpful. My vehicle was finished in reasonable time. It was a good experience. On the next day I received an Email from On Star that I needed to put air in the passenger side front tire. When I checked, the tire appeared to be ok. I checked the pressure and it checked ok, so this morning I took the car back to them. They "relearned" the system and things seem to be right now. They were so kind and courteous throughout the process. I feel they really cared about me and my vehicle. I am very happy with the service.
